Meet the instructor 

Alison started yoga in 2012 unaware of just how much impact it would have on her life. She found the benefits enormous on a physical, mental and emotional level. 

In 2021 she completed her 200 hours Vinyasa yoga teacher training. She has subsequently completed a further 100 hours of Yin yoga training and a further 50 hours incorporating strength training into her classes. 

Each class differs so that you work different parts of the body, improving flexibility, building strength and endurance, reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. 

Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before, she looks forward to welcoming you on the mat to empower you on your journey towards personal growth and wellbeing.
